What we collect

The calculators: nothing. The pension estimator and the totalization eligibility checker run entirely in your browser. The years, countries, dates and earnings you type are never sent to us and never stored — close the tab and they are gone.

The waitlist: your email address, and only that. If you choose to join, we store the address so we can tell you when Pensionaut can save and track your scenario. We do not ask for your name, and we do not attach your address to anything you calculated.

Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and two events — that an estimate finished, and that someone joined the waitlist. These are aggregate counts. They carry no email address, no identifiers, and nothing you entered into a calculator.

Who is responsible

Pensionaut is the data controller for the waitlist. We are based in the EU, and the site is served from the EU. Reach us at privacy@pensionaut.com.

Three processors act on our behalf: Resend stores the waitlist and sends the emails, Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics, and Cloudflare runs the Turnstile bot check on the waitlist form.

About the bot check: the waitlist form is guarded by Cloudflare Turnstile, so that the address goes to a person and not a script. Turnstile receives your IP address and basic browser signals for that one check. It sets no tracking cookie, does not profile you, and is not used to identify you anywhere else on the site. It runs only on the waitlist form — the calculators do not use it.

Lawful basis

Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Nothing is collected unless you type an address into the waitlist form and submit it, and the form says what the address is for before you do. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we close it — whichever comes first. If Pensionaut never launches the feature you signed up for, we delete the list and tell you we have done so.

Unsubscribing, and your rights

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough. To have your address erased outright — rather than just marked unsubscribed — email privacy@pensionaut.com and we will delete it and confirm.

You also have the right to access a copy of what we hold (for the waitlist, that is one line: your address), to have it corrected, to object to its use, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

Pensionaut sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not follow you across sites, and Cloudflare Turnstile is designed not to track you across sites either. If that changes — for example if advertising is ever added — this page changes first, and we will ask for consent before anything is set.
